Delete your Everlore account

This is the fastest way and it needs nothing from us. In the Everlore app, published by Taleforge Games:

1. Open Everlore and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, at the far right of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom of that screen and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when you are asked. There is no second chance after this.

Your account and everything listed in section 3 is erased at that moment, and you are signed out on every device.

If you cannot sign in — a lost phone number, a Google account you no longer control — email hello@everloreapp.com from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with, and put “Delete my account” in the subject line.

We will ask you to confirm something only the account holder would know before we delete anything, then complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Deleting your account erases all of the following, permanently and immediately:

• Your account record — email address, phone number, username, display name, gender if you set one, and your sign-in identifiers.
• Every story you have played: all your turns, all the narration, and every side chat.
• Everything the world remembered — memories, character cards, relationships, places, dates, promises, calendars and rewind history — including the search index built from them.
• Every world and character you created, whether private or published, and their cover art and uploaded images.
• Your Story Ink balance and ledger, and your onboarding and walkthrough progress.

There is no archive, no recycle bin and no restore. A deleted account cannot be recovered by us or by you, and any unspent Story Ink is forfeited.

Three things outlive the deletion, and none of them are your stories:

• Purchase records held by Google. If you bought Story Ink or a subscription, Google Play keeps that transaction history under its own policy. We cannot delete it, and you should contact Google Play support about it. We also keep the minimum record of a purchase we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes — the amount, date and Play order id, with no story content attached — for as long as the law requires.
• Your sign-in record with Firebase, the Google service that authenticates logins for us. It holds your Google email address and an identifier and no story content whatsoever, and it stops granting access to anything the moment your Everlore account is gone. Email us if you want that cleared too and we will remove it.
• Operational server logs — timestamps, error traces and request paths, which do not contain your story text — roll off automatically within 30 days.

Prompts sent to the AI providers that generate narration are covered in section 3 of our Privacy Policy. Those providers apply their own retention windows, which we do not control and cannot delete on your behalf.

If you only want one story gone rather than your whole account, you do not need this page. Delete that story from your library in the app, and its turns, memories, characters and search index are erased the same way — the rest of your account is untouched.
