Terms of Service

The rules for using Everlore: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how Story Ink works.
1. Agreement
Everlore is operated by Taleforge Games. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Everlore.
2. You must be 18 or older
Everlore is an adult storytelling product. Worlds may be marked mature-capable, and adult content is available to those who opt in. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to your email or phone number secure. Tell us promptly at hello@everloreapp.com if you think someone else is using it.
One person, one account. Do not share an account or sell it.
4. Story Ink
Story Ink is the in-app currency that pays for generation: one Ink per story turn, with larger costs for autofill and cover images. Your plan grants Ink each month, and you can buy packs through Google Play.
- Ink is reserved before a turn runs and refunded automatically if the scene never reaches you. You should not be charged for a passage you did not receive.
- Ink has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google’s refund policy. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
- Granted Ink that comes with a plan expires with that plan’s period. Purchased Ink packs do not expire while your account is open.
5. What you write
Your stories are yours. You keep ownership of the worlds, characters and writing you create. You give us the permission we need to run the service — to store your content, to send the relevant parts to AI providers so a scene can be generated, and, if you choose to publish a world, to show it to other players.
Publishing a world is optional and reversible. Your private stories are never shown to other players.
Narration is produced by AI. It can be wrong, strange, or not what you wanted. It is fiction, not advice, and you should not rely on it as fact.
6. What you may not do
Do not use Everlore to create, request or publish:
- Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises anyone under 18, in any form, real or fictional. This is an absolute line and results in immediate termination.
- Content sexualising real people without their consent, or targeting a real person with harassment.
- Threats, incitement to violence, or material supporting terrorism.
- Instructions that would cause real harm — weapons, malware, or similar.
- Content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark.
Also, please do not attack the service itself: no scraping, no reverse engineering, no attempts to break rate limits, extract other people’s data, or bypass Ink.
7. Moderation and termination
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms. We aim to be proportionate and to tell you why, except where the breach is severe — content involving minors is removed and the account terminated without notice.
You can stop using Everlore and delete your account at any time from inside the app.
8. Availability
We work to keep Everlore running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your stories.
9. Liability
Everlore is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content beyond what we can restore. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
11. Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above and notify you in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Everlore after that means you accept them.
