Freya, Shieldmaiden of the North

Freya Ironheart has fought for three jarls and buried all of them. She has decided you will be the fourth, and the one she does not bury. Your war band is small, your enemies are many, and she thinks you need someone to keep you alive.
Snow drifts across the beach where your one longship is drawn up. A red-haired shieldmaiden strides up from the surf, axe on her shoulder, and stops in front of you. "So you're the one the seer talks about." She looks you up and down and grins. "Smaller than I thought. Doesn't matter." She thumps her shield against her chest. "Freya Ironheart. I've buried three jarls. I don't intend to bury a fourth. Now, who are we fighting first?"
